So you finally think you've found the right person to settle down with. Everything you do together feels just right. The gleaming smile and charm your mate expels is a force hard to be challenged. There are a few things that are very minor that sometimes arise but you don't question because they are subtle flaws and hey no one is perfect, it just makes you love their character more.

There are a multitude of red flags that would vary depending on the scenario at hand. Here are some questions that you may want to ask yourself before getting to comfortable in any relationship.
How well do you know this person really? Do you know what they do with each minute of the day? Have they expressed with complete honesty how they really feel about you? but not in a creepy way..? When you look into their eyes do you see life and get a warm feeling or do you sense a cold monster lurking beneath the surface? Most killers, psychopaths or sociopaths have this lost almost wild look in their eyes. It is not the easiest thing to pinpoint but once you get them to lock eyes with you, you can see it. Their eyes do not appear normal, it is almost if there is nothing inside of them - much like death.
If you do a search for serial killers and look at the photos of their eyes, preferably the straight-on shots, you will see this. Some other signs you might want to look for are obsessive compulsive disorders, or the need to keep things perfectly in order. Also they will show great belief or delusion in things that are not real, such as an overabundance of confidence in themselves, almost super-power like delusions of their being and capabilities.
The best advice is to look up the dictionary definition of a psychopath and sociopath, does your mate fit that description? If so you might just be dating a serial killer.
